FRANK HOLAPPA, CCIM is a Duluth, MN native with a long business career in the area market. HOLAPPA has been in the commercial real estate business in Duluth since 1987 and has operated his own commercial real estate company since 1992. He is a Certified Investment Member (CCIM) of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, which is generally recognized to be the "Master's Degree" in commercial investment real estate. DAVE HOLAPPA, CCIM joined Holappa Commercial in August, 1999 after a sixteen year career in the Madison, Wisconsin area transportation industry.  Dave's training and experience in sales and management has provided him a solid background in providing service to people. He is familiar with the Duluth, MN and Superior, WI area market and is focusing his continuing education on the specifics of commercial real estate sale, lease and exchange transactions.  He has completed the CCIM Designation requirements and obtained this highly respected designation.
